LeBron James and the
Los Angeles Lakers visited the
New Orleans Pelicans for the last game of the regular season. With a lot at stakes, LA prevailed and they left us a beautiful play featuring the King,
Anthony Davis and
Austin Reaves.
There's no question, if the Lakers are healthy they are a threat for any team. Tonight they had a statement win over their future play-in rivals. LA played a solid game, as James led the team playing the game the right way.
LeBron finished with 17 assists in the game including the following one. In NBA's last day of regular season competition, the Lakers showed the rest of the NBA how to play defense, run a fastbreak and use their basketball IQ to create an easy dunk opportunity. It all starts with AD helping in defense, coming up with a great steal. The ball goes to Reaves who runs the floor and passes it to LeBron. Davis -who never stopped running after the steal- finds a great spot for James to find him with an incredible touch pass for the dunk. What a great dime from the league's all-time top scorer!
