Dallas Mavericks defeat depleted Golden State Warriors but lose Luka Doncic in the process

The Dallas Mavericks picked up a big 109-99 win against the Golden State Warriors at American Airlines Center, but they lost their superstar Luka Doncic in the process.
The 5-time All-Star played 30 minutes in this contest but left in the final 7 minutes of the game due to hamstring soreness and he did not return. It’s unknown how serious this injury is and whether it will cost the 25-year-old some time, but the Mavs are hoping it’s something minor because they know that Doncic is their leader who controls this team’s success.
Before leaving the game, Luka Magic recorded 21 points and 9 assists. Kyrie Irving led the team with 23 points, 8 rebounds, and 10 assists while PJ Washington had 11 points and 7 boards.
