Houston Rockets Power Forward,
Tari Eason, was out since January 1st due to a benigne bone growth on his left shin. The player will undergo surgery to repare the injury and is ruled out for the rest of the season.
Coach Ime Udoka confirmed this, stating:
"We thought rest and rehab, he could get over it that way, but every time he ramped up, the pain came right back. After seeing all the specialists and decision-makers, came to the decision that it's best to have surgery Monday."
Eason played 22 games this season, averaging 9.8 points and 7.0 rebounds.
