The
Dallas Mavericks head coach
Jason Kidd has warned his
players that they will face a different
Sacramento Kings when the two teams will
face once again on Friday.
Both sides, who are involved in a race to finish in the top six to avoid the play-in tournament, will once again go head-to-head in the match
at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento.
In the previous outing, it was the Mavericks who came out on
top in a thumping manner with a score of 132-96 at the same venue on Tuesday.
Kidd has been recently quoted in a report where he warned
his players that they will be facing a different Kings team on Friday.
“We got to play the Kings again,” he said. “It will be a
different team on Friday. "The beauty of that is we just went through that
on Friday with Utah. And we’ll be fresh and ready to go.”
As things stand, the Mavericks, who have now won their last five
matches, are currently placed in the sixth spot in the Western Conference table
with 43 wins and 29 defeats.
On the other hand, the Kings, who have lost two out of their
last four matches, are placed in the eighth position with 42 wins and 30
defeats.
