We already published it in Basketballuptodate a couple of days ago and NBA
rumors continue:
Luka Doncic's
Dallas Mavericks are interested in
Kyle Kuzma.
According to Real GM,
Washington Wizards would ask for at least 2 first rounds of the draft in exchange for the player. Mark Cuban commented a few days ago on Dallas-area radio that they are looking to improve the frontcourt.
"If we can get a big player who can also create off the dribble, that would be a plus," Cuban said on The Ben and Skin, adding that the player should preferably be taller than 6-foot-6.
Kuzma is in the first year of the four-year, $90 million contract he signed with the Wizards last offseason. Kuzma is making $25.6 million this season, and his deal drops to $23.5 million, $21.5 million and $19.4 million over the next three seasons.
Kyle Kuzma signed a 4-season, $90 million contract extension with DC and is in the first year of that new contract. The contract is downward, so this year he is paid 25.6 million in and his salary is gradually going down: 23.5, 21.5 and 19.4 in the final year.
The former Los Angeles Laker is averaging 21.9 points, 6.4 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game this year on 45% shooting from the field and 34.1% from three-point range;
