Los Angeles Lakers buyout candidate Rob Pelinka and free
agent
Spencer Dinwiddie were seen sitting next to each other against the New
Orleans Pelicans.
As per the latest report, free-agent Dinwiddie was sitting
next to each other with Pelinka. The development fueled rumours about Dinwiddie
joining the Lakers in the near future. The 30-year-old has been a free agent
ever since leaving the Nets as a points guard.
The match ended in favour of the Lakers as they ended up beating
the Pelicans with a score of 139-122 at the crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on
Friday.
The result was not enough to help Lakers improve their
position on the Pacific Standings where they are still placed on the fourth spot
with 28 wins and 26 defeats.
The star of the show on the night for the winning team was D'Angelo
Russell who ended up registering 30 points to go with two rebounds and five assists.
He was well-supported by Austin Reaves who registered 27 points to go with two
rebounds and four assists.
For the losing side, Zion Williamson was the real stand-out
player as he ended up registering 30 points as well to go with nine rebounds
and five assists.
