The Miami Heat defeated the Chicago Bulls on the first of the two final matchups of this season's play-in tournament. Tyler Herro stepped up big time in the absense of Miami's franchise player, Jimmy Butler.
Tyler was Miami's crucial offensive player, being absolutely dominant against Chicago's defense. In addition, the former NBA Sixth Man of the Year was also very active on the defensive glass, registering 9 defensive rebounds. Overall, Herro came just 1 assist short from a 24-point triple double.
While he has struggled with injuries over the lasts couple of seasons, Tyler Herro has proven his worth every time he's healthy. The talented young guard is a skilled and quick guard, who can generate a lot of space thanks to his amazing shooting. Over the last two seasons, he's efficiency has been constant despite missing a several amount of games, nearly 39% from beyond the arc.

At the end of the game, and in the middle of a swirling rumor about a supposed fight between Herro and Jimmy Butler after losing against the Sixers on Wednesday, the 24-year-old guard praised his teammate:
