NBA Action on this Tuesday night. In one of the interesting matchups scheduled, the Atlanta Hawks will be visiting the Madison Square Garden to face the New York Knicks. Several injured players for both squads, for example OG Anunoby, Julius Randle, out for the Knicks. All-star Hawks' point guard Trae Young is ruled out as well, leaving Dejounte Murray in charge of the team's offense.
The Knicks will be at home in a game after a very important win in their last match. New York is managing to compete despite their numerous injuries, and currently sits in 4th place in the Eastern Conference with a 36-25 record, one win ahead of their immediate pursuer, Philadelphia 76ers (5th at 35-25).
The Hawks, meanwhile, come from two consecutive losses and are giving the Brooklyn Nets hope in the fight for the East play-in. Atlanta is placed in the last playoff spot, 10th with a record of 26-34, while the Nets, who until recently were practically writing off the season, are not too far behind at 24-37 in 11th place.
