Fans on social media mocked
James Harden despite playing
continuously this season. The 34-year-old had a history of struggling with injuries
and it was a surprise to many when he was signed by the
Los Angeles Clippers.
Recently, it was revealed that after a gap of more than four
years, Harden has managed to play 58 consecutive matches. The last time he managed
to play this many games was back in the 2018-19 season.
Those numbers did not go down well with fans on the social
media platform X — previously known as Twitter — who mocked the Los Angeles-born.
One fan even went on to write that he was just making amends after missing so many
matches in recent years. “He’s making amends for sins of the past,” he said.
Harden is having a very decent season for the Clippers where
he is averaging 17.5 points, 5.2 rebounds and 8.3 assists per game.
In his most recent outing for the Clippers against the Milwaukee
Bucks, he ended up registering 13 points to go with five rebounds and 11 assists.
Harden’s best outing this season came in the match against the
Indiana Pacers where he registered 35 points to go with three rebounds and nine
assists.
