The Milwaukee Bucks are celebrating the recovery of Jae Crowder, who last saw action on November 11, when he suffered a torn adductor-abdominal muscle in his left side. That injury led him to undergo surgery and he has been out for two months.
With averages of 8.1 points and 3.9 rebounds, and an amazing 3-point shooting efficiency (51.6%), Crowder was an essential part of Milwaukee's second unit, providing a lot of energy on the defensive end.
Without going into specifics, the Bucks' medical staff said that the forward will gradually get into rhythm of games, but stated that for now he is expected to start playing few minutes. It should be noted that before his injury, Crowder was the third player with the most time on the court on the roster, behind Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo.
Jae is expected to sit on the bench tomorrow for the showdown against the Cleveland Cavaliers, an exciting clash between two teams on a roll. The Bucks will be looking to extend their positive momentum against a Cavaliers team trying to extend their surprising run of 5 straight wins.
Undoubtedly, Giannis' team is in the process of improving and re-establishing fundamental pieces for the second half of the regular season.
