In this battle between two Texas teams, it was the Houston Rockets who squeaked out a 103-101 win over the San Antonio Spurs at Frost Bank Center. An unfortunate Victor Wembanyama could do nothing to avoid defeat
Alperen Sengun got injured and left on a wheelchair in the previous game against the Sacramento Kings. At first look, it didn’t look too good but after receiving an MRI, the results are a lot better than expected. The 21-year-old center was diagnosed with a severe high ankle sprain and a bone bruise. While these ailments will cost him the remainder of the season, things could have been a lot worse for the Most Improved Player candidate.
