Doc Rivers says it will be a challenge taking over the Bucks 👀
The Milwaukee Bucks lost against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday night, and although Bucks' leaders Giannis Antetokuonmpo avoided talking to the media after the game, Brook Lopez shared some words regarding the team's new head coach.
Not much to be said from Buck's side after being defeated at home by the Cleveland Cavaliers. Although there's been some inconsistency, Milwaukee still stands on the second place of the Eastern Conference, two victories ahead of the 76ers.
After the game, Brook Lopez talked to the media, and when he was asked about Doc Rivers joining the team, he responded:
"I played against Doc a ton in my career, I’m excited to have him here. I think, obviously, he has tons of experience. He’s been in the NBA, played in the NBA for a very long time."
"It’ll be good to have in this locker room, kind of an outside perspective to what’s been going on this year on the court with the team. We get to use his outside POV and all his wisdom he has. It’s going to be very beneficial for us,” he said.
Rivers is expected to be on Bucks bench on Saturday night, when the Bucks face the Pelicans in the Fiserv Forum.
