continue to push for a place in the top six ahead of the playoffs.
The Darvin Ham’s men produced another impressive performance,
this time in the match against the
Cleveland Cavaliers where they came out on
top in a thumping manner with a score of 116-97 at the crypto.com Arena in Los
Angeles.
With that result and with the Sacramento Kings suffering a
heartbreaking loss to the Boston Celtics in their match, the Lakers jumped to
the eighth spot in the Western Conference table with 45 wins and 33 defeats.
It was the Lakers’ ninth win in the last 10 matches which
excited the fans on the social media platform X. "Can't wait to see the
Lakers vs Knicks in Finals this year," one user wrote. “Heat vs Lakers

The star of the show for the winning team on the night was point
guard
D'Angelo Russell who registered 28 points to go with five rebounds and
two assists.
He was well-supported by veteran forward
LeBron James who
registered 24 to go with five rebounds and 12 assists and power forward Anthony
Davis who contributed 22 points to go with 13 rebounds and four assists.
