Donovan Mitchell says "I'm just in a groove" after scoring 30 points for the 19th time this season

The Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Chicago Bulls 108-105 at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse tonight, giving the team from Ohio its 18th win out of their last 20 games. Led by superstar Donovan Mitchell, he was asked about his dominant play and the teams' success this season.

Spida said that this year's squad is not the same as the one who lost in the first round of the playoffs last season. Even though there's a next man up mentality, Mitchell understands that he's the leader of the pack. After another dominant performance tonight, the 5-time All-Star stated that he's just in a groove. He's playing his best basketball and should be considered in the MVP conversation given how well his play has helped the teams' success.

He described the game as very intense with important possessions down the stretch that allowed his team to show their resilience.
