The NBA regular season is set to commence after the end of
the
All-Star weekend where some of the best entertained the fans. Tough schedules ahead for some teams, including Luka Doncic's
Dallas Mavericks and LeBron James'
Los Angeles Lakers.
While the break would’ve been a welcome one for some teams,
for others it will be a case of breaking momentum at the wrong time.
We are bringing you a list of five teams who are set to face
the toughest calendars once the regular season resumes in the NBA.
Washington Wizards are probably going to have the hardest
fixtures in the coming week. Their next five fixtures are up against the Oklahoma
City Thunder. Cleveland Cavaliers, Denver Nuggets, Orlando Magic and the Los
Angeles Lakers. The Wizards are placed on the fifth position in the Southeast Division
with just nine wins and 45 defeats.
Houston Rockets are going to have a difficult outing in the next
few weeks as well. Their next five opponents will be the New Orleans Pelican,
Phoenix Suns and the Thunder, Phoenix Suns and the Los Angeles Clippers. They
are now placed in the third position in the Southwest Division with 24 wins and
30 defeats.
Detroit Pistons are having a terrible season and things are not
going to get easy anytime soon. Their next five opponents will be the Indiana
Pacers, the Magic, the New York Knicks, the Cavaliers and the Dallas Mavericks.
The Pistons are currently placed on the fifth position in the Central Division
with just eight wins and 46 defeats.
Dallas Mavericks
Dallas Mavericks are one of the most in-form teams in the competition.
Their next five opponent will be the Suns, the Pacers, the Cavaliers, the Philadelphia
76ers and the Boston Celtics. Mavericks are placed on the second position in
the Southwest Division with 32 wins and 33 defeats.
Los Angeles Lakers
Los Angeles Lakers are going through a rather below-par season
according to their high standards. Things are likely to get tougher as their
next five opponents will be the Clippers, Golden State Warriors, the Suns, the Thunder
and the Sacramento Kings. The Lakers are placed in the fourth position in the Pacific
Division with 30 wins and 26 defeats.
