We are bringing you a list of the top five athletes who are the highest-paid out of all the players currently playing in the NBA.

Stephen Curry (Golden State Warriors)

Golden State Warriors star point guard Stephen Curry earns more than $51 million in salary this season which is the highest by any player in the competition. He is averaging 28.1 points, 4.4 rebounds and five assists per game this season.

LeBron James (Los Angeles Lakers)

Second in the list features Los Angeles Lakers star small forward LeBron James. The 39-year-old earns more than $47 million this season. He is averaging 24.9 points, 7.4 rebounds and 7.6 assists per game.

Joel Embiid (Philadelphia 76ers)

Joel Embiid of the Philadelphia 76ers is joint-second on the list as he earns equal to what James will earn this season. The 29-year-old is leading the average points per game charts this season where registering 35.1 points a game for the Sixers.

Nikola Jokic (Denver Nuggets)

Denver Nuggets star centre Nikola Jokic is next on the list in terms of top-earners this season in the NBA. He will take home similar to LeBron James and Joel Embiid. The 28-year-old is averaging 26.3 points, 12.2 rebounds and nine assists per game this season for his franchise.

Bradley Beal (Phoenix Suns)

Fifth on the list is Phoenix Suns shooting guard Bradley Beal. The 30-year-old takes home more than $46 million this season. He is averaging 18.1 points, 4.2 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game for the Suns.
