Kawhi Leonard played only 12 minutes in his previous game before leaving the arena due to back spasms. However, he felt fine to play in this game and he led the Los Angeles Clippers to a 126-111 victory over the Chicago Bulls at the United Center.
The Klaw has been relatively healthy this season, as he’s missed less than 10 games so far. On the season he’s averaging 23.7 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 3.7 assists. His fantastic play has led the Clippers to a top 4 seed in a tough Western Conference and they are considered one of the favorites to win the championship as long as he plays.
In this game, the 2-time Finals MVP scored 27 points on 70.6% shooting. His co-star Paul George also had a phenomenal game, finishing with 28 points, 5 boards, and 7 assists while hitting 6 three pointers and shooting 11/12 from the field.
