Phoenix Suns' star,
Kevin Durant, has officially entered the music industry. "Easy money sniper" collaborated with Stalley on a song called "Scared Money". The rapper told TMZ Hip Hop that Durant was awesome. This ocurred last summer but they shot the video only a couple of weeks ago, in New York.
Durant showed his ambition and asked Stalley to send him a musical base, and their mutual friend Travonne Edwards suggested the boom-bap instrumental that became "Scared Money."
Stalley mentions that the collaboration came about organically.... KD sent his verse faster than some full-time rappers he's worked with in the past! The song will be part of Stalley's upcoming album, "Peerless," which will be released in March.
Despite having a show Friday in Cincinnati, Stalley will have to wait to perform it live with KD, as the Phoenix Suns star will be in Indianapolis this weekend as a starter for NBA All-Star 2024. Will the Grammy Awards be next?
