While doing so, Gilgeous-Alexander and Williams became the
first Thunder pair to register 30 or more points in back-to-back matches since Russell
Westbrook and Kevin Durant back in 2013.
With those results, the Thunder are now placed on the second
position in the Northwest Standings with 37 wins and 17 defeats.
Gilgeous-Alexander ended up registering 38 and 32 points in
the last two matches respectively. With those performances, he is now averaging
31.1 points per game this season which is the second-best by any player in the competition.
To go with that, he is also winning 5.5 rebounds and provided 6.5 assists per
game.
On the other hand, Williams, who plays as a forward for the
Thunder, registered 32 and 33 points respectively in the last two matches. He
is having a more than decent season for the franchise where he is averaging 19.2
points, 4.1 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game. His best outing in the NBA 2023-24
