The NBA resolved this Sunday to suspend
Houston Rockets' power forward
Jabari Smith Jr for one game and
Utah Jazz's
Kris Dunn for two games after both players started a fight against each other during Houston's staggering win against the Utah Jazz.
Houston has been absolute fire almost since the All-Star break, especially taking over on offense when it matters. The Rockets seem like a veteran team that has everything clear regarding their dutys.
During yesterday's matchup, Houston wanted to improve their record at homecourt but were faced by a Jazz team that continues to prove their worth despite their low success throghout the NBA Regular season.
However, Houston survived Saturday Night's matchup playing without key players such as Tari Eason, Alperen Sengun and Cam Withmore. The Rockets are now on a eight-game winning streak.
During this Western Conference matchup, Kris Dunn started a fight by throwing a punch at Jabari Smith Jr during a random play. That action was perfectly seen by officials who immediatly stopped the altercation, ejecting both players.
Dunn's suspension will begin this Monday when the Jazz hosts another Western Conference battle against the Dallas Mavericks in Salt Lake City.
Smith Jr also will be paying his suspension game tomorrow, when Houston receives the Portland Trail Blazers at the Toyota Center.
