The
Golden State Warriors had another night to forget as
they lost to the
Chicago Bulls with a score of 125-122 at the Chase Center in San
Francisco on Thursday.
The result left the Warriors in the ninth position in the
Western Conference table with just 33 wins and 29 defeats this season. On the
other hand, after the win, the Bulls are now ninth in the Western Conference
with 31 wins and 32 defeats.
The biggest news of the night was an injury to
Stephen Curry
who had to be substituted. We are bringing some impressive performances from
other Warriors players who tried to lift their game in the absence of their star
forward.
Moody's impressive late push
Moses Moody’s late push helped the Warriors in securing a
slight lead in the final quarter. The 21-year-old secured a couple of rebounds
and scored a brilliant layup as well. Moody ended up registering 10 points to
go with nine rebounds and one steal in 23 minutes on the court. However, that
push was not enough as the Bulls ended up securing the win.
Klay – impressive three pointer
Klay Thompson came off the bench and secured a brilliant
three-pointer in the first quarter of the match. The 34-year-old shooting guard
ended up registering 25 points to go with one rebound and two assists.
Brandin Podziemski - impressive as always Brandin Podziemski had a decent night for the Warriors as he
ended up registering 11 points to go with four rebounds, four assists and one steal.
His efforts were evident for everyone as once again, he left everything on the
court for the Warriors.
