The
Golden State Warriors young forward
Trayce Jackson-Davis
showcased his talent in the match against the San Antonio Spurs.
The 24-year-old is often regarded as one of the brightest
talents currently playing in the NBA and the match on Monday night, he
produced a tremendous slam dunk over the Spurs’ star Victor Wembanyama much to
the delight of the Warriors.
Jackson-Davis ended the night with 13 points to go with 10
rebounds and five assists in just 26 minutes on the court.
The Warriors ended the night on the winning note with a score
of 112-102 at the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio. The victory, however, was
not enough for the side to up in the points table in the Western Conference where
they are still placed on the 10th position with 34 wins and 30 defeats.
On the other hand, Spurs remained out of the playoffs
position and they are placed on the bottom of the table with just 14 wins and
51 defeats.
The star of the show for the winning team on the night was
power forward Jonathan Kuminga as he registered 22 points to go with five rebounds
and one assist.
For the losing side, Wembanyama was once again the star
performer as he ended up registering 27 points to go with 14 rebounds and three
assists.
