The All-Star substitutes were revealed this Thursday and as always, there's the controversy surrounding which players are the biggests snubs. Here we've brought the video of Trae Young's best reasons to be included in the 2024 All-Star game.
The case of Trae Young is quite unique, he's been alternating some years in and others out of the Eastern Conference, but he's improved in every major statistics every year since he got to the NBA 5 years ago.
Ice-Trae is having another fantastic season. Atlanta Hawks' point guard got left behind in the coaches' votes. The substitutes for the All-Star game were selected by all 30 NBA head coaches.
Trae's numbers are insane, a double-double of 27 points and 11 assists, such a deadly shooter and playmaker. This season he's playing better defense as well. Unfortunately, his teams' performance isn't good enough. The Hawks have struggled up to this point, with a record of 20-27 and holding themselves on the 10th spot, the last Play-in spot. Maybe this could have been related to his absense this year.
