Golden State Warriors head coach
Steve Kerr has hinted that
there will be very little movement on the final day of the transfer window.
The mid-season transfer window is coming to an end on
Thursday as teams are finalising their strategy to find ways to bolster their squads
for the remainder of the season.
Kerr was recently quoted in a report where he stated that if
there are no incomings on the final day of the window, it will be because the
management has faith in their current group of players.
"If we don't do anything tomorrow, I feel like we've
got a good group that we can push through with," he said. "The guys
who are here, they are an incredibly accomplished group. We've got some
exciting young players and we've got a good group.
“Every guy on our team has really overcome a lot,
individually, this year. Taken out of the starting lineup, to injuries, young
players have emerged through hard work and patience, and I enjoy coaching this
team. It is a long haul, but I feel like this team could be something
special."
Warriors registered a much-needed win against the Philadelphia
76ers with a score of 127-104 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia on
Wednesday. That result left the side still fifth in the Pacific Standings with
23 wins and 25 defeats this season.
