Dallas Mavericks star player
Luka Doncic has asked the
security to eject a fan in the recent match against the
Phoenix Suns.
The 24-year-old, in the third quarter of the game, asked the
security to eject a fan who was sitting in the second row after he shouted "Luka,
you're tired! Get your ass on the treadmill."
After the match, Doncic revealed that he did that after being
cursed from the same since the start of the match. "He was cursing me the
whole first half, too," he said.
When he asked he did not ask the security to eject the fan
earlier, the Ljubljana-born said that: "Because I never would eject a fan.
They paid for tickets, but I had enough. It's a little bit of
frustration."
The game ended up becoming a frustrating one for the Mavericks
as they lost to the Suns with a score of 132-109.
Doncic was perhaps the only shining star for the side in the
losing cause as he ended up registering the most points for Mavericks — 34 — to go
with eight rebounds and nine assists. Doncic
is having an impressive season for his side where he is averaging 33.6 points
per game which is the second-best in the competition.
