Many people enjoy the music of Grammy-award winning musical artist Chris Brown, but do they trust his opinion about the NBA? Recently, streamer Adin Ross asked Brown who the greatest NBA player of all time is and Brown gave a frank answer that is sure to anger some fans.
"I'm going to go Jordan and then LeBron", Chris Brown replied to Ross' query. "Both of them are unstoppable forces."
Brown went on:
"LeBron's been doing it a minute and he's been doing it at the highest level but I feel like he needs something to, see, to have a spark to make him be good."
Brown didn't clarify what he meant when he said that James needed "a spark" to make him be good but it's clear that he thinks LeBron sits behind MJ on the list of all-time greatest players.
Brown also said that he holds Allen Iverson in high regard too. "Allen Iverson made basketball cool. He gave it the flare," Brown said.
Brown's opinions are in line with many NBA fans, who think that Jordan sits supreme above all others while James is a close second. There are also many people who feel that James will steal the crown of GOAT if he is able to secure at least one more championship win, which would put him close behind Jordan, who has six.
Of course, the possibility of James winning another Finals right now is far-fetched because his Lakers are currently struggling to hold onto the ninth seed in the West with a tough 24-24 record.
