Former
Golden State Warriors point guard
Quinn Cook has made
a big claim that
Stephen Curry is not a ‘good guy’. The 36-year-old is often
regarded as one of the greatest players in the history of NBA.
Cook, who played two seasons with the Warriors from 2017-19,
was recently quoted in a report where he stated that the media paints Curry as a ‘good
guy’ which he is not but he is competitive.
"I had a relationship with [Curry] him because I played
with his brother at Duke,” he said. “I think the media paints him as a
"good guy", which he isn’t and he's unbelievable. But he's
competitive. He wants smoke."
Curry is having a fabulous season once again where he is
contributing 26.4 points per game which is by far the best by any Warriors
player in the ongoing campaign. To go with that, he is also contributing 4.4
rebounds and five assists per game as well.
Curry’s best outing this season came in the match against the
Atalanta Hawks in February where he ended up registering 60 points to go with
six rebounds and four assists.
The Warriors are placed in the 10th position in
the Western Conference with 39 wins and 34 defeats.
