According to ESPN's sources, the Utah Jazz are pursuing a trade involving player Simone Fonteccio, who will be traded to the Detroit Pistons. Kevin Knox, 2024 second-round pick via Wizards and draft rights to Gabriele Procida to go Jazz in deal.
In his second season in the league, Fontecchio has shown remarkable progress compared to his rookie year. The 6-foot-8 forward has solidified his position as a starter for the Utah Jazz.
During the current season, he's maintained averages of 8.9 points and 3.5 rebounds in 23.2 minutes per game. In addition, the Italian player, who is also a member of his national team, has exhibited an efficiency of 45% from the field, including an outstanding 39.1% in three-point attempts, with an average of 4.7 per game.
