Los Angeles forward
Anthony Davis gave a piece of advice to
legendary
LeBron James during the match against the New York Knicks.
The Lakers came out on top in the match on Saturday at the Madison
Square Garden with a score of 113-105. It was their third consecutive win in
the competition.
In a video that appeared on the social media platform X — previously
known as Twitter — Davis could be heard giving a piece of advice to James. “I
used to play point guard. You know what I’m saying?” he said.
James had an impressive outing for the winning team as he
ended up registering 12 points to go with 18 rebounds and five assists. It was
the third occasion this season where the 30-year-old ended up registering 18 or
more rebounds this season. He registered 12.1 rebounds per game, fourth-best
in the competition.
The star of the show for the winning team on the night was James
once again as he ended up registering 24 points to go with five rebounds and
five assists. It was the ninth consecutive match in the competition where the
39-year-old ended up registering 20 or more points for the Lakers.
With that performance, James is now averaging 24.9 points,
7.5 rebounds and 7.7 assists per game this season.
