Every year in the NBA, players "face" each other in terms of who's jersey is the most sold. Usually these players are the main stars of the entire league, and to be in the top spot of jersey's sales is in a certain way, being the actual image of the Association. For this season, there are a couple of surprises among the top 15.
First of all, it is worth mentioning that
Stephen Curry is, once again this year, the most famous player in the NBA, or at least the one who sells the most jerseys.
The Golden State Warriors star, despite not going through his best moment, achieves the Top 1.
He's followed by this year's big surprise.
Jayson Tatum, star of the Boston Celtics, becomes the second best-selling player in the world, ahead of
LeBron James, who's in third place.
Although the data show that the team that sells the most is the Los Angeles Lakers.
Victor Wembanyama's impact in his first year in the NBA is unprecedented, and as such he ranks no lower than fourth, ahead of
Giannis Antetokounmpo,
Luka Doncic,
Devin Booker,
Kevin Durant,
Tyrese Maxey (ahead of
Joel Embiid surprisingly), and
Damian Lillard, who round out the Top 10.
Ja Morant, who is out for the season due to injury, is 11th, followed by Embiid,
LaMelo Ball,
Nikola Jokic and finally Sacramento Kings star
De'Aaron Fox.
