New York Knicks point guard
Jalen Brunson has stated that he has
nothing to say after being selected for the NBA All-Stars.
The 27-year-old had a fabulous time on the court last year
but failed to cement a spot in the All-Stars event which left many surprised. This year, Brunson is having an even better season which is
why he is certain to take part in the much-awaited event.
While talking to the media after his impressive performance
in the match against the Indiana Pacers where he stated that he has ‘nothing to
say’ about the development. “I got nothing to say, I got nothing to say,” he said.
In the match on Thursday, the Knicks ended up winning the
contest with a score of 109-105 at Madison Square Garden. In that
match, Brunson was the star performer for the team as he ended up registering 40
points along with five rebounds and one assist.
It was the fifth occasion in the competition this season
where Brunson managed to register more than 40 points. This season, the New
Jersey-born is having an amazing season on the court where he has registered 27.1
points per game which is the 10th-best in the league. That’s not it
as he also registered 3.9 rebounds and 6.4 assists per game which is the 15th-best
by any player this season.
